Story Time
Story Time is on Tuesdays 10:30 am. The program is appropriate for children birth to five years. We read stories and sing children's songs. There is no requirement to register ahead of time, come and join us!
Creative Movement and Movin' and Groovin' This popular program is held on Wednesday at 11:15. On the first and third Wednesday Diane Lando will lead young children and toddlers in singing and dancing. On the second and fourth Wednesday, Lisa Canto leads the preschoolers in learning about rhythm. All are welcome, no registration is required.
Homeschool programs. The first Thursday of each month at 11:00 is our Homeschool Book Club. Contact Ann the Librarian to find out what this month's book title is! The third Thursday of each month is Homeschool Activity Club. We will participate in a group activity - sometimes they are educational, sometimes they are just fun!
Mother Goose on the Loose Every Friday at 10:30 we will have Mother Goose on the Loose. This program is oriented for toddlers and babies, but older children will always be welcome. Intended to foster early literacy skills, the program focuses on nursery rhymes, familiar songs, and music.
Family of Readers Join us for our Family of Readers Book Club on the second Saturday of each month at 1:00. We encourage the entire family to read a book aloud together. Finish the book at home as a family and then come to the library to participate in activities related to the book! Contact Ann the Librarian to find out what this month's book choice will be. This program is geared towards children in grades one through four and their parents, but older and younger children are welcome.
Drop in Craft. Small, easy to manipulate crafts will be available for children to take and crate on their own. This program runs on most Saturdays when there is not another program.
