Library Assistants / Substitutes
Brooks Free Library is looking for several Library Assistants for mid-afternoon / evening shifts (3 or 4 pm until 7 pm) and Saturday shifts for our busy public service desks (Circulation, Youth Services, and Reference). Experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
This is a substitute position where some regular shifts may be scheduled in advance, but others would be on an on-call basis.
Salary range $20.73 – $21.80 / hour
Candidates must be available for at least two shifts per week during Library hours (Monday-Thursday 10 am – 7 pm and Friday & Saturday 10 am – 4 pm) on a year-round basis. Regular evening and Saturday shifts are required.

Senior Library Technicians
Brooks Free Library is seeking Senior Library Technician applicants with excellent customer service and technology skills who can perform technical work in a busy public library while interacting with community members in a positive, friendly manner.
Salary range $24.41 – $30.22 / hour
Part-time (up to 19 hours), no benefits
Candidates must be available during Library hours (Monday-Thursday 10 am – 7 pm and Friday & Saturday 10 am – 4 pm) on a year-round basis. Regular evening and Saturday shifts are required
