Printing, Scanning, and Copying

Reference staff on the Library’s second floor are typically available to help you with your printing, scanning, and copying needs. A copy machine and wireless printer is also available on the first floor by Circulation and a printer is also available in the Youth Services department for youth using our Homework Center Chromebooks.

Printing and Copying costs 25 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents for color copies. Cash Only. No outside paper, envelopes, labels, etc. may be used with our printers.

Printing

We have a few options for printing. You can:

  • Print from one of our public computers (Make sure you have your login information necessary to retrieve the document)
  • Print from our Word Processing Computer
    • From a USB-A or USB-C drive
    • From a disc
    • From a SD card (micro SDs must be used with an adapter, please bring your own)
  • Print using our all-in-one printer
    • From a USB-A drive
    • Wirelessly from your device

PLEASE NOTE: Wireless printing is subject to the printer cooperating! Apple devices and Chromebooks tend to work better than Android devices. Staff will try to help, but we recommend having a backup option using the other above methods just in case.

Copying

A photocopier is located on the first floor near the Circulation desk

Scanning

While we do not offer faxing, you can alternatively scan a document to your email or to a USB-A drive using our all-in-one printer! There is no cost for this service.
