Thanksgiving and Community Meals

  • Brax Landing – Offering free thanksgiving meals, call Linda at (508) 945-2094 to order
    • Chef Jeff is preparing meals to serve at the following times: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm
    • Brax volunteers will deliver to homebound folks in Chatham, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, & Yarmouth
  • Family Table Collaborative – Two locations, two dates. text THANKSGIVING to the number below with first name and # of meals. Deadline to request meals is November 20, 2025.

    The Family Pantry of Cape Cod’s mission is to provide food and clothing to ALL in need. Located at 133 Queen Anne Road, Harwich.

    Food Pantry Hours:
    Tuesdays 10am-3:30pm
    Wednesdays 10-12pm
    Thursdays 10am-7pm
    Saturdays 9am-12pm (No new client registration on Saturdays)
    Client choice shopping list is on the website or at pantry
    *Pantry will close 15 minutes prior to posted end time

    Donation Hours for Food, Clothing, Housewares etc.
    Tues & Thurs 8am-3:30pm, Wed 8am-12pm drop off at the Family Pantry Warehouse (no donations taken on Saturdays)

  • Meals on Wheels Elder Service of Cape Cod and the Islands

    Monday-Friday between 9am-12pm.
    For people ages 60+ who are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals. Call (508) 394-4630 to make a referral.

    Delivery options available for those without transportation.
    Thrift Shop hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10am-1pm

  • The People’s Fridge
    100 Oak Street at the Harwich Community Center
    Call the Harwich Health Department 508-430-7509 for information
    Fridge is located inside the Community Center Building next to the Council on Aging
    All are welcome, no age restrictions & no questions asked!
    Fridge will be stocked Monday through Friday with 10 prepared bagged lunches a day

    For help with immediate hunger and information on Massachusetts food resources. Help is available in over 180 languages. The hotline is available Monday-Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm

    Provides regular meal distributions around the region. Meal distributions are available every first and third Thursday of the month

  • Lasagna Love
    No matter the reason for the need, your community wants to help. Let a neighbor deliver a home-cooked lasagna or main dish to your family one night.
