You can submit the following form to request an appointment with a staff member. Only one topic will be covered per session. Appointments are subject to librarian availability.
BAL Covers:
  • eBooks/eReaders
  • Basic device overview (how to text, how to take pictures, change settings, etc.)
  • Basic app/software overview
  • General internet/research instruction
  • Creating a new email account
BAL Does Not Cover:
  • Repairing broken, locked, or infected devices
  • Fixing broken apps
  • Repairing/Restoring email accounts or email managers
  • Keyboarding

If you are unable to make either of these times, and feel comfortable having 15-minutes to discuss your question, please consider coming to Device Advice (no appointment necessary) on Saturdays from 2-3 (Device Advice available Fall - Spring only).
  • Please be as specific as possible. What kind of device are you bringing in? What resource do you want help with? The more information you provide the faster it is for us to determine if we can match you with a librarian. NOTE: BAL does not cover the set-up of brand new devices, or the recovery, restoration, or repairing of broken devices, email, apps. etc.
